Remove your photo

At the event
Ask any member of the event production crew and we'll take your photo off the screen straight away.
Any time, by email
Email social@monkeyhouse.tv with the subject "Photo removal request". To help us find your photo, include:
- the event name and date,
- the number shown on your photo's tag, if you saw it on screen, or roughly what time you uploaded it, and
- the first name you entered, if you entered one.
We'll remove the photo and any name attached to it within 7 days and reply to confirm when it's done.
Instagram posts
If your public Instagram post appeared on the wall, you can delete the post, remove the event hashtag, or make your account private, and it will stop appearing. You can also email us as above and we'll remove it from the wall immediately.
We don't keep Instagram posts after the event ends.
